Magnesium sulfate, also known as sulfur bitter, bitter salt, epsomite, Epsom salt, industrial magnesium sulfate generally refers to the magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. It is white and comes in small oblique shape or oblique columnar crystal, odourless, bitter in taste and has the relative density of 1.68 g/cm3. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and in the air (dry) for easy weathering powder. It is a kind of magnesium compound.

Magnesium is an important component of chlorophyll as it is necessary for photosynthesis.
2) Animal husbandry
Feed grade magnesium sulfate act as magnesium supplements when used in processing feed.
3) Industry
Used for ABS, PVC resin synthesis additives, paper making, printing industry and so on.
4) Pharmaceutical industry
In the pharmaceutical industry, magnesium sulfate is used for processing laxatives, anticonvulsive drug, magnesium trisilicate, meleumycin, acetylspiramycin drugs and so on.
5) light industry
For producing yeast, monosodium glutamate, artificial snow, drinks, mineral water, bath salt, detergent, shampoo and more.
